Q: Do you offer group and private classes?

Yes! While most people prefer the group kickboxing classes, we also offer private kickboxing classes based on the schedule & availability of our instructors.


Q: How many people are in a group class?

Most of our kickboxing classes have between 15-30 people. It's a very excited, alive environment. But no worries - as class size increases, so do the number of instructors. You'll always get the attention you need to get the best workout possible.


Q: Will there be other beginners in my class?

Yep! Our kickboxing classes range from total beginners, to seasoned vets. And this isn't one of those places where beginners feel intimidated. In fact, the more experienced members always help out the new ones to help them feel right at home.


Q: Will you help me with my nutritional habits?

Absolutely. Nutrition is a vital part of losing weight, and getting the body you want & deserve. We go over simple, easy-to-incorporate nutritional tips & tricks in class. And, if you'd like additional help, you're welcome to schedule a nutritional consult with one of our kickboxing instructors.


Q: Is your class a ‘cardio kickboxing’ class?

Not even close! If you've seen kickboxing cardio DVDs where everyone copies whatever the instructor is doing - this is NOTHING like that! Our kickboxing classes blend cardio, resistance & interval training with real-world kickboxing techniques to give you the most fat-melting, muscle-toning work out in the shortest time possible.


Q: Will your kickboxing class help me tone up?

Yes! In fact, most people notice leaner, more toned muscles after the first week. Also, some ladies are scared of "bulking up." You don't have to worry about this with our kickboxing program. It's designed to keep you lean & toned - not bulky.


Q: How many classes per week should I attend?

The answer to this really depends on two things: how quickly you want to burn fat & get in shape, and your personal schedule. While we offer kickboxing classes 6 days a week, most members come 1-3 times and see excellent results. Talk to an instructor about your personal goals and they'll be able to better guide you.


Q: Why can’t I just do some ‘cardio’ instead of kickboxing?

Cardio is a great form of exercise. In fact, we incorporate it into our kickboxing program. But it's only a PART of a great workout routine. It needs resistance training too in order to really see great, fast results.

Resistance + cardio is a powerful formula for turning your body into an automatic fat loss machine. This combo boosts your metabolism, helping you burn fat day & night.


Q: Do I need to ‘get in shape’ before I start you classes?

No way! Our kickboxing program is designed for people of all fitness levels. Some men & women come to us already in great shape. They get in even greater shape, fast. Others haven't worked out in years, and still some have never worked out a day in their lives!

Our workouts are designed to let you go at your own pace. We'll always push you & motivate you to do your best - but no one will ever pressure you to do more than you can safely handle.
